• How will I know when my return has been received?

    After we receive your return and confirm that all items are in saleable condition your refund will be processed in 10 business days back onto the original form of payment used to place the order, or to a AYK virtual gift card if chosen as preference when return was initiated. A refund to a credit card may not show up on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.

  • What is covered in the limited lifetime warranty?

    The limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the product. What is not covered: The limited warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of the product. The limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse or any alteration of the product. We reserve the right to make these decisions based on the info provided and our product knowledge and experience.

  • How long does a return take?

    Returns from the USA will be delivered within 5-10 business days in EU. Goods from other countries may arrive within 8-12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery speed depends greatly on the delivery service you select.

Return policy

We guarantee the quality of the products we sell in our stores and on our website.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. An original receipt is required, and items must be in new condition with all original packaging. All refunds issued will be in the original form of tender. Prior purchases may be eligible for a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of purchase.

All clearance items (with prices ending in $0.X9) are final sale and are not eligible for return. Returns without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

Except in cases where the merchandise arrived damaged or defective, incorrect item was shipped, or you received duplicate shipments, the following shipping fees shall apply:

    • For each return shipment over $25.00, the shipping fee will be $20 (except for Alaska and Hawaii).
    • For each return shipment under $25.00, the shipping fee will be $15 (except for Alaska and Hawaii).
    • For each return shipment from Alaska and Hawaii, the shipping fee will be $40.

Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be applied back onto the original form of payment that was used to place the order unless the purchaser opts to exchange for a AYK virtual gift card.

Initiate a return

To initiate a return for an item delivered via delivery services or a AYK return.

You will be prompted to enter your order number and the email address associated with your order. Items eligible for return will allow you to select and enter return reasons. If you cannot select an item, that means the item is not returnable. If your item arrived damaged or is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team at aykcooperation@gmail.com so we can amend the situation.
